Partners

Partners are agencies that are involved with the provision of services. Often the 21st Century Partner providing the service is the 21st Century Program. However, in some cases, some programs may have community partners that provide services.

Partners Main Page

Click on the Partners link on the Main Menu to pull up the Partners Main Page. From this page, you may view Partners, or add a new Partner.

Creating a New Partner

  1. Go to the Partners Main Page.
  2. Click Add Partner in the upper right corner of the page. You will be taken to a blank information page.
  3. Type in the partner's information.
  4. Click Create to save the information you have just typed in.
  5. Click Return to return to the Partners Main Page.

NOTE: Partners must be entered into the database first before they can be assigned to a service program.

Viewing Partners

There are several ways of viewing partners. You may either view all partners, or by category. This provides a convenient way of searching for and retrieving partner records.

If you have specified that a partner belongs to more than one category, then this partner will show up in each of the lists generated when you click on any one category.

Here are all the options for viewing partners:

Editing Partner Information

  1. Navigate to the desired partner:
    1. Click on Partners from the Main Menu.
    2. Once at the Partners Main Page, click on the corresponding link to pull up a list of partners under a specific agency type (eg. All Agencies, Service Providers, Funders, etc.).
    3. Click on the name of the partner whose information you want to edit.
  2. Edit the information as necessary. Here are some helpful reminders to help you fill out the partner's information:
  3. Click on Save to save the information, and click on Return to return to the list of agencies.

Deleting an Agency

To delete an agency:

  1. Click on the name of the agency you wish to delete. You will be brought to the agency's page (Edit Agency Page).
  2. Click on the yellow Delete button at the top of the page.

NOTE: If you feel an agency may be involved with programs at a later time, you can also change an agency's status to Inactive so that you may still retain this agency's information. This can also be done from the Edit Agency Page.
